I-ology®, Inc. Announces Key New Staff Additions and Promotions
Staff Expansion Driven by Impressive Market Growth and Continued Focus on Superior Client Service
SCOTTSDALE, AZ - November 9, 2004 - I-ology®, Inc., a leading Internet strategy firm, today announced key new staff additions and promotions. The staff expansion is a direct result of the firm's impressive growth rate in addition to its continued focus on providing superior client service. These announcements follow on the heels of two recent industry honors: the Web Marketing Association, an independent organization dedicated to setting a high-standard for Internet marketing and corporate Web site development, recently named two sites developed by I-ology as 2004 WebAward recipients. In addition, I-ology was recently selected as a 2004 Spirit of Enterprise Awards finalist - the awards program presented by the Center for the Advancement of Small Business at Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business and acknowledged as a premier recognition of business leadership.
The specific staff additions and promotions, along with their role descriptions, are as follows:
- Ann Betts - Project Manager: Serves as the primary facilitator / communicator between I-ology clients and internal teams during Web site design and interactive development projects.
- Sara Bradshaw - Client Relations Manager (formerly Administrative Assistant): Facilitates resolution for all client service and support requests.
- Monique Haneline - Internet Marketing Strategist: Provides consulting and implementation services for client online marketing strategies that include search engine optimization, 3rd party media buys, and mass email management.
- Matt Katz - Internet Marketing Strategist: Provides consulting and implementation services for client online marketing strategies that include search engine optimization, 3rd party media buys, and mass email management.
- Ashley Metz - Administrative Assistant: Coordinates all office administration / management activities, in addition to providing quality assurance services on client Web sites.
- Michael Shipley - Operations Manager: Coordinates various service-line activities. Works to increase the profitability of I-ology through efficient process implementation and effective resource utilization.
