I-ology®, Inc. and The Gredler Group Join Forces to Launch Valley's Premier Employment and Recruitment Web Site - "BestCompaniesAZ.com"
Exclusive Site Part of "Best Places to Work in the Valley" Program; Showcase for Professional Career Opportunities and Workplace Best Practices
SCOTTSDALE, AZ - October 18, 2004 - I-ology®, Inc., a leading Internet strategy firm, today announced that it has partnered with The Gredler Group, a local valley human resource (HR) consulting firm, to help launch the Valley's premier employment and recruitment Web site - www.BestCompaniesAZ.com. The site is a new service being provided as part of the "Best Places to Work in the Valley" project, a program and competition co-founded by The Gredler Group and The Phoenix Business Journal to create a positive, competitive spirit among valley businesses and to improve workplaces in the Metro-Phoenix area. This new resource will roll out a portfolio of employment and career services and programs over the coming months designed to benefit those exploring career opportunities as well as those organizations interested in building or strengthening their work environment.

Career Postings
Managed by The Gredler Group, the "BestCompaniesAZ.com" site was created exclusively for the Valley's "Best Places to Work" list winners to post their career openings.
"This is the ideal opportunity for the Valley's elite employers to showcase their job openings and for valley-based employees to identify career opportunities with top companies and organizations," said Denise Gredler, founder and president of The Gredler Group. Workplace Best Practices
A site feature that will debut in December is the "Workplace Best Practices" section. Site visitors will simply click on a participating company name to learn more about what the Valley's best are doing for their employees, and, in turn, how those practices can be applied to specific corporate environments and cultures. Additionally, "Best Places to Work" program partners and sponsors are also invited to use this section of the site to share best practice tips and ideas that will further help Valley companies strengthen and improve the work environment for their valued employees. Vendors who provide company benefits and incentives to Valley businesses are encouraged to take advantage of this new venue to promote their products and services.
As part of the "Workplace Best Practices" offering, The Gredler Group, in collaboration with Bryan Cave LLP, a leading international law firm, will present a "Best Workplace Practices Forum" as part of the 2004 "Best Places to Work in the Valley" awards luncheon. Scheduled for December 9th, 2004, at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge, this local half-day event is geared towards HR executives, general managers and others with responsibility for, or an interest in, managing workplace culture. The format will include a panel of representatives from the winning 2003 Best Companies. Each will discuss their unique organizational practices that have resulted in successful employee relations, along with the benefits they have experienced as a result of being named a Best Company. Forum attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions, network with other participants and gather information on workplace resources, products and services from exhibiting sponsors and vendors. The forum will be followed by the 2004 awards luncheon announcing and celebrating the 2004 "Best Places to Work in the Valley". As a note to HR professionals, this forum has been approved for 2.75 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
