I-ology®, Inc. CEO Trish Bear to Participate In American Diabetes Association's 2004 Celebrity Art Auction Gala

Valley Celebrities and High-Profile Artists Collaborate; Original Work Auctioned; Event Proceeds to Fund ADA Programs and Services

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - March 25, 2004 - I-ology®, Inc., a leading Internet strategy firm, today announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Trish Bear, has been selected to participate in the American Diabetes Association's (ADA) fifth annual Celebrity Art Auction Gala, a unique event that brings the entertainment, corporate, sports, and civic worlds together with the art community. The event, to be held Friday, April 30, 2004, at The Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa, pairs local celebrities with well-known, high-profile artists to collaborate on an art piece that is auctioned live at the Gala black tie dinner. Monies raised from the evening will be used in the life-saving efforts of the American Diabetes Association.

As part of their involvement, each artist and celebrity agree to donate five to eight hours of time, during which the celebrities, taking on the role of "students" are instructed, assisted and encouraged by the artists, serving as "tutors", in the creation of a watercolor, oil painting, mixed media or sculpture. The celebrities' art work is auctioned the night of the dinner as a package with a piece of art donated by the artist. Art from other professional artists is also solicited for the event and is offered during a silent auction the same evening.

The Gala event will include dinner, preceded by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, during which time an elaborate silent auction of unusual items takes place. The live auction will be conducted as dessert is served. A special VIP patron party will be held for table hosts, corporate sponsors, the leadership committee, artists, and celebrities. Each celebrity and artist will make brief comments concerning their experience creating their work prior to its offer for sale.

"The ADA has committed its efforts on research information, advocacy, and education to the 18.2 million Americans with diabetes," said Phil Higdon, Chair of the Valley of the Sun Leadership Council for the American Diabetes Association. "We greatly appreciate the involvement of Trish Bear, along with all our other high-profile celebrities and artists, in our Celebrity Art Auction Gala. Through their participation, we are able to generate much needed funds to help us in our ongoing efforts, and also raise awareness on the medical crisis diabetes is creating throughout our state and country."

"I look forward to participating in the American Diabetes Association's Celebrity Art Auction Gala," said Trish Bear, I-ology President and CEO. "The unfortunate reality is that over 300,000 people living in Maricopa County have diabetes, with only slightly over half of those individuals diagnosed. It is critically important that we do whatever we can to fund research efforts and to inform the community about available prevention and treatment programs."
