I-ology®, Inc. Gets Cookin' With The Arizona Culinary Institute

Nationally-Recognized Institute Looks to I-ology to Drive Concrete Business Results Through Comprehensive Internet Strategy

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - February 27, 2004 - I-ology®, Inc., a leading Internet strategy firm, today announced that it has been selected by the Arizona Culinary Institute (ACI) to develop a comprehensive Internet strategy that will enable it to achieve both short- and long-term key business objectives. In addition to providing Web site design and interactive development services, I-ology is developing a comprehensive integrated marketing program for ACI. This component, carefully aligned with specific Institute objectives, will include, among other facets, an interactive promotional CD-ROM and online marketing campaigns, including a search engine optimization program designed to maximize site traffic, and targeted e-mail outreach and other communication vehicles. The new ACI site is expected to be launched during the second quarter of 2004.

A privately owned academic institution, ACI opened in 2001 and occupies a brand new, state-of-the-art 18,000 square-foot facility in Scottsdale. The Scottsdale / Phoenix metropolitan area has become an important international center for world-renowned restaurants, resorts and all things culinary. ACI offers an accelerated nine-month diploma program in Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management. The curriculum is based on classical French methods combined with the best of modern techniques. ACI is owned and operated by a team of experienced culinary educators. The entire ACI staff has at least five years of instruction experience in addition to 10-20 years of industry experience.

ACI has very specific objectives it wishes to accomplish via its Web investment - improve and enhance its reach and competitive positioning; create strong brand recognition; provide efficient and cost-effective electronic communications for potential and existing students; and significantly increase student enrollment. In developing its proposed strategy, I-ology invested in an extensive discovery and planning phase which included overview and strategy meetings with the ACI executive team, competitive Web site audits and analysis, the development of an initial Web site architectural and implementation plan, and the production of CD-ROM specifications and an online marketing plan to support the new site launch.

"In today's competitive marketplace, the Internet has assumed a position of prominence within the business arsenal of industry leaders," said Darren Leite, Co-Founder and President, Arizona Culinary Institute. "In order to achieve our business objectives, we need to fully leverage this technology. We selected I-ology to develop our Internet strategy for a variety of reasons. They not only have a track record of generating measurable results for clients across multiple market sectors, but they took the time necessary to truly review and understand our business goals, priorities and marketing objectives. In doing so, we have come to view them as not just another vendor, but as a true partner interested in helping us succeed."

"At I-ology, we believe that organizations have a right to expect a significant return on their Web investment," said Trish Bear, I-ology President and CEO. "To that end, we are focused on designing and executing sound Internet strategies that will facilitate long-term client growth. We are extremely excited about the opportunity to work with the team at the Arizona Culinary Institute and in helping it establish and build a dominate Web presence that drives tangible business results."
