I-ology®, Inc. Relocates to Accommodate Explosive Growth
Revenue Increase, Employee Growth, Service Development Necessitate Expansion
SCOTTSDALE, AZ November 13, 2003 — I-ology®, Inc., a leading Internet strategy firm, today announced that it has relocated its corporate office. Rapid growth, including a year-over-year revenue increase and a two-fold employee increase in 2003, as well as expanded service offerings, caused the company to outgrow its former location. At approximately 6000 square feet, I-ology´s new facility, located at 4150 North Drinkwater Boulevard in Scottsdale, is nearly triple the size of the company´s former office space.
”It goes without saying that the past five years have been the most turbulent and challenging for those in the Internet service industry,” said Trish Bear, I-ology Founder and CEO. ”To grow as quickly as we have is really quite astonishing. I-ology has quietly achieved company goals and profitability through a steady flow of new customer acquisitions, a commitment to operational discipline, and ongoing recruitment efforts in hiring the best team of professionals in the industry.”
Over the past year, I-ology has continued to explore new service offerings with a keen eye on delivering tangible results for its clients. It has focused heavily on increasing the breadth and depth of its Online Marketing services. In addition to Search Engine Optimization and submission strategies, I-ology now provides blast email campaigns, eNewsletter services, and online media buying for its consulting clients. Furthermore, I-ology has customized all results reporting to include per client Executive Summaries which provide executives a concise report on areas generating the greatest return on investment.
To help deliver these new offerings with the highest degree of expertise and customer service possible, I-ology has added a handful of new employees to its team over the past 12 months. These positions include Application Developer, Business Development Representative, Interactive Designer, Online Marketing Coordinator, and Project Coordinator. With a current staff made up of 13 full-time employees, one part-time employee and up to 10 contractors, the company expects to continue to expand its staff as needed over the next six months to accommodate client growth and additions to its service portfolio.
Ms. Bear has maintained all along that creating and executing a solid Internet strategy are the keys behind achieving her clients´ business objectives. "While web designers, Internet companies, and agencies have re-defined their approach and deliverables to squeeze profits from diminishing numbers of customers, our clients realize a high return on their web investment through our strategic Internet programs because I-ology creates a comprehensive Internet presence for each client based on research, strategy, execution and performance analysis."
Ms. Bear added that the new I-ology complex will feature a number of new and enhanced amenities, including expanded accommodations for technical support services, including a secure server closet, and additional conferencing and presentation areas.
