I-ology®, Inc. Partners with The Great Place to Work Institute® and The Gredler Group
Group project brings founders of Fortune Magazine´s "Best Companies to Work For" to Arizona
SCOTTSDALE, AZ – May 22, 2003– I-ology, Inc. today announced the launch of www.bestcompaniesaz.com designed to drive awareness, promote sponsorships and encourage participation in the inaugural year of The Best Companies to Work for in the Valley of the Sun. By identifying the best employers in the Valley, the project will benefit the local economy and businesses in the metro Phoenix area. The Great Place to Work Institute will independently select winners in two categories; medium-sized companies (50-250) and large-sized companies (251 employees or more). The winners will be announced at an awards luncheon in December and published in a special feature of The Business Journal.
I-ology was approached by The Gredler Group to create a site that would promote the benefits of the program and explain the application process to nominate the best places to work in Arizona. The site details the benefits for participating companies, such as the opportunity to gain valuable employee feedback through a third-party administered survey, the ability to see how their workplace compares to the Valley´s "Best", and the potential to gain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining a talented workforce. Additionally, the site will be a valuable resource for those seeking employment opportunities in and around the metro Phoenix area. The site will also showcase the winners in December, as well as the major sponsors and supporters of the program.
