I-ology® Ranked 46th Among Top 50 High-Tech Companies

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - I-ology®, a Scottsdale-based full-service Internet consulting and services firm, is the 46th fastest growing high-tech company in the Valley in terms of revenue, according to The Business Journal.

I-ology's ranking among the top 50 high-tech companies appeared in a "Technical Evolution" booklet the newspaper published with its Nov. 9, 2001, edition.

Established in 1998 by president and chief executive officer Patricia "Trish" Bear, I-ology grew from two employees and $30,000 in revenue to seven employees and $700,000 in revenue in 2000. The company now has nine employees and is projecting $1.2 million in revenue for 2001.

"We've grown by building a talented, hard working team of people who give customer service and customer satisfaction the highest priority," Bear says. "We also have focused on working with companies that understand the Internet can contribute to their success and that it takes more than simply launching a Web site."

In late 2000, The Business Journal said I-ology showed the biggest revenue growth for a woman-owned business in the Valley in 1999. In its "2000 Book of Lists," the newspaper ranked I-ology 13th among the top 25 Web design firms and 45th in the top 50 women-owned businesses in the state.

I-ology offers its clients a full range of business consulting and Internet services, including Web site design and development, database development, back-end integration, e-commerce, online marketing, e-mail and high-end site hosting for a wide variety of high-profile clients.
