Aaron Detzer
Member, Board of Directors
Aaron is a veteran of I-ology and most recently served as the Director of Business Development from 2008 - 2010. Currently, Aaron serves in a strategic capacity as a member on the Board of Directors for I-ology, Inc.
Mr. Detzer holds a B.S.B.A (Marketing) from Northern Arizona University, as well as an MBA. He has held senior positions in the IT and pharmaceutical industries and is currently leading Business Development efforts in the Arizona marketplace for SEI Phoenix, LLC, a Systems Evolution, Inc. Company. Aaron has a strong understanding of application development & integration, strategic IT planning and systems architecture. Furthermore, Aaron's understanding of interactive marketing, Web based technologies & business applications proves highly valuable to I-ology in his capacity as a member of our Board of Directors.
Background: Aaron is a true IT sales and marketing professional and his experiences over the years boast such recognizable corporate names as Black & Decker, Wyeth, Logicalis, DHL Express, Applied Materials, CollaGenex, Merck, Alliance Consulting and John C. Lincoln Healthcare, just to name a few. Aaron currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two daughters and is expecting a baby boy in 2010.
Community Involvement: Aaron is very active in the community and is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for Waste Not. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Phoenix Zoo (and the Arizona Zoological Society). Aaron is an Associate Professor of Practice at Arizona State University and is an active member of the Arizona Technology Council. Aaron has served as a mentor in the Quest for Kids program, as well.
Jennifer Anderson
Senior Web Developer
As I-ology’s Senior Web Developer, Jen is responsible for designing custom development solutions for each client site, making high-level technical recommendations, and managing many aspects of the I-ology Web Hosting line of services.
- Over 12 years experience as a developer, 10 years focused specifically on web development
- Development experience includes large-scale multi-site CMS platforms
- Vast experience integrating Web sites with a variety of third-party programs, such as CRM systems, reservation/booking systems, and e-commerce applications
- Experience planning, developing and scaling web sites and hosting solutions for high-volume traffic needs
- Has led development on over 150 web projects

Interactive Art Director
As I-ology’s Interactive Art Director, Aaron is responsible for developing creative concepts that are innovative, compelling, on-strategy and result in driving clients’ business and financial success. Since he came to I-ology Aaron and his team have won multiple awards and continue to strive for excellence with their design and development.

Jennifer Sloat
Project Management
As I-ology’s Project Coordinator, Jennifer is responsible for managing all project traffic that enters I-ology’s workflow. By organizing priorities, timelines and resource capacity, Jennifer is able to keep the work on schedule and within designated budgets.
