Aaron Detzer
Director of Business Development
As I-ology's Director of Business Development, Aaron oversees all activities related to sales, account management and public relations. Aaron holds a B.S.B.A (Marketing) from Northern Arizona University, as well as an MBA. He has held senior positions in the IT and pharmaceutical industries. Aaron has a strong understanding of application development & integration, strategic IT planning and systems architecture. Furthermore, Aaron's understanding of interactive marketing, Web based technologies & business applications prove highly valuable to our customers and partners. Aaron is always focused on providing his customers with an industry-best experience in unparalleled customer service and custom crafted solutions to fit their particular and unique needs. His rare mix of enterprise level and SMB experiences allow him to relate to virtually all levels of organizations; regardless of where they fall on the business maturity spectrum.
Background: Aaron is a true sales and marketing professional and his experiences over the years boast such recognizable corporate names as Black & Decker, Wyeth, Logicalis, DHL Express, Applied Materials, CollaGenex, Merck, Alliance Consulting and John C. Lincoln Healthcare, just to name a few. Aaron currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two daughters.
Community Involvement: Aaron is very active in the community and is currently the President of the Board of Directors for Waste Not. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The Phoenix Zoo (and the Arizona Zoological Society). Aaron is an Associate Professor of Practice at Arizona State University and is an active member of the Arizona Technology Council. Aaron has served as a mentor in the Quest for Kids program, as well.
Dimitri Ponomareff
Director of Web Technologies
As I-ology’s Director of Web Technologies, Dimitri is responsible for directing, overseeing, and managing all aspects of I-ology’s Web technology service offerings. His focus is always to broaden I-ology’s portfolio of services in order to solve and support the growing needs of our diversified client base while meeting the challenges of a constant evolution in the marketplace. His experience over the last 15 plus years ranges from integrating e-commerce platforms for Fortune 500 companies, to state government engagements involving Content Management System (CMS) implementations. Dimitri strongly supports using cutting edge advancements in project delivery methodologies at I-ology. The key benefits of the I-ology project management approach are increased productivity, reduced time to market and delivery of the highest business value to our customers. Dimitri’s true passion is serving as a trusted adviser to the companies we work with and striving to offer right-sized solutions that provide measurable returns to our clients.
Background & Community Involvement: Dimitri has served as an elected board member for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Phoenix Chapter and served as VP of Communications. Dimitri has been recognized by PMI Region 7 as leading the way for PMI chapters in regards to improving communication and online experience for its members. Complementing his years of experience in project management, Dimitri also serves as a master facilitator and dedicated practitioner of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
In addition to his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, Dimitri studied MIS at Université du Québec à Montréal and Economics & Social Science at College Marie de France. He also has served as a volunteer with UNICEF.
