Executive Team
Internet Veterans. Internet Innovators.
Trish Bear, President and CEO

A true Internet pioneer, Trish Bear was leading entire web development teams before many of us had even received our first "Try AOL Free" discs in the mail. With a passion for helping people grow their businesses, Trish saw the Internet as a tremendous opportunity to make a difference and make her passion come alive. Born and raised in New York, Trish traveled to Arizona and received her Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Arizona State University in 1995. She went on to manage the commercial Web services division of GlobalCenter, a provider of commercial Web site hosting, design and development, which was acquired by Global Crossing in 1998.
Already a knowledgeable Internet and business strategist through her education and early hands-on experience, Trish seized the opportunity to learn more about business and culture outside of the US. Through international travel and direct work experience with Italian businesses ESSO, First Italian Leather Factory, and La Esso Italian; German companies Allianze Aktiengesellschaft Holding, and Marblo Company; as well as with other international companies, Trish's perspective on what it takes to be successful broadened. When she returned, she applied her learnings and started I-ology with the mission of helping others achieve business success.
For more than eight years I-ology has experienced exponential revenue growth and continued profitability under Trish's leadership. I-ology's worldwide client base makes it truly international and highly recognized for its achievements. From being ranked as Arizona's fastest-growing woman-owned business for two consecutive years to being named as one of the 50 fastest-growing technology firms by the Phoenix Business Journal, I-ology's considered one of Arizona's leading businesses. Trish was also named a top Young Entrepreneur by bizAZ Magazine. I-ology was even voted # 1 in the High-Tech Companies category of the 2005 edition of Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business.
Trish still finds time to contribute to the community. She currently serves as a director for Western Security Bank, an Arizona based community bank, the Arizona Technology Council, the leading technology association in the state of Arizona, and the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee which will develop, host, and market the NFL Super Bowl in 2008. She is also a member of Vistage (formerly known as TEC, The Executive Committee) a worldwide association of chief executive officers that serves as an extended board of directors to local, national and international companies. Most recently, she has become a mentor for the ASU W.P. Carey School of Business.
A frequent speaker at key industry events, Trish has delivered talks to numerous organizations including the Sales and Marketing Professional Services Association (SMPS), the Arizona Bar Association, the American Marketing Association (AMA), and the Phoenix Ad Club (PAC). In addition, she speaks at ASU, the University of Phoenix, and the University of Advancing Technology on Internet strategy, e-Business and entrepreneurship.
