Interactive Account Coordinator

Job Position Summary

The Interactive Account Coordinator represents I-ology's services on a day-to-day basis, providing excellent client satisfaction in interactive strategies, ongoing customer support, business analysis, all while exceeding client expectations.

The Interactive Account Coordinator will assist the Account Strategist with client deliverables, Web site & online marketing execution, business reporting, and other tasks consistent with I-ology commitments. The Interactive Account Coordinator is expected to keep projects on time, engaged while providing project support and general project status as a course of business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Strategist on a daily basis with interactive services and continued client satisfaction.
  • Assist with the Project Management team to support the assigned account(s) by implementing I-ology's standard business processes and quality assurance.
  • Actively participate, as requested, on I-ology internal marketing projects including but not limited to business development events, social media, email campaigns, and other tasks as necessary.
  • Complete assigned projects on time, on strategy, within budget and per client expectations.
  • Provide internal coordination by documenting and communicating client needs to the internal team.
  • Analyze client results and analyses generated via I-ology's systems, and prepare report summaries.
  • In partnership with the team, ensure that project deliverables meet the client's interactive needs.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of user interface design, Web site architecture and online marketing concepts.
  • Understand relevant Web technologies for client solutions and continue to learn as solutions become available.
  • Assist in preparing for client presentations.
  • Develop and foster teamwork with all staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree and 1-3 years experience as coordinator in similar fields (e.g., marketing services firm, advertising agency consulting firm, client side marketing or brand management)
  • Possess a working knowledge of interactive design & development and online marketing
  • Understanding of Web site development and content management principles and applications
  • Understanding current interactive trends and digital marketing trends
  • Strong competency with applications of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communications skills (oral & written)
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Ethical and honest

Job Information

  • Overtime Exempt
  • 40 Plus hours/week
  • Interactive Account Coordinator will keep track of time for client billing purposes
  • Travel may be required within Arizona
  • Ability to do what's needed to get the job done, meeting or exceeding client and I-ology commitments
